[New Video Surveillance Range 2026] – How to find RTSP streams

Valid for the following ranges: 

- Essential GGM IPI and GGM NVI series

- Gamme Standard GGM IPS et GGM NVS

- Gamme Advanced GGM IPA et GGM NVA

- GGM IPP and GGM NVP Pro Series 

Network  Menu /Port:

Enable RTSP protocol:

Ability to change the port number (554 by default) and authentication mode as needed.

Check the box: Watch the video through an anonymous connection if you don't want to authenticate when opening the video stream.

RTSP stream address of a recorder:

rtsp://IP address:554/chID=1&streamType=main

or

rtsp://IP address:554/chID=1&streamType=sub

With the following indicator: 

ChID=1 corresponds to channel 1

Main is the main stream

Example: 

rtsp://192.168.1.15:554/chID=1&streamType=main

This corresponds to the main stream of camera 1

rtsp://192.168.1.15:554/chID=2&streamType=sub

This corresponds to the secondary stream of camera 2
