Creation of an automation on GGM ACS and GGM ACS WEB

To create an automation, right-click on the "Automatic device" category, then select "Create an automatic device".

From this page, you will be able to add one or more conditions (up to a maximum of four conditions per automation). However, be cautious with the formulas < and >, as well as < or >, because the wording of the condition may change depending on these formulas

For example :

In this case, the condition is true if all three drives have an unknown ID that has been scanned.

In this case, the condition is true if drive 13 has an unknown ID scanned, or if both drives 14 and 15 also have an unknown ID scanned

In this case, the condition is true if any one of the three drives has an unknown ID that has been scanned.

After defining the conditions, you can then specify the actions to be taken based on the truth of the conditions (with a maximum of two actions per automation).
 

Example of application :

The customer recently lost a badge and prefers not to delete it in case they find it. However, they are concerned that someone might attempt to break into the building, either with another badge or with the lost badge. In this situation, we recommend the following configurations:

We create a condition that becomes true if the reader detects a scan of the lost or stolen badge, or if an unknown identifier is scanned.

The action applied while the condition is true is that the drive will be in closed mode, meaning that the door linked to the drive will remain closed. Conversely, as long as the condition is false, the drive will operate in normal mode.

Once you are on the web interface of your control panel, navigate to the site configuration and then select "Conditional Triggers."

To activate an automation, you must uncheck the "Disable Condition Trigger" box. 

The automation configuration is done in the same manner as in the GGM ACS software. You can add up to four conditions and two actions that will be executed based on the truth of the conditions.
