Send an email from the GGM ACS software

First, you need to set up the sender's email address as well as the contacts for receiving emails.

For this, you need to go to "Tools" and then to "Preferences". 

 Then, click on "Emails"; You'll be taken to the email sender setup page.

Sender Email : You will need to enter the email address of the account that will be used to send the emails.

The SMTP server, the SMTP server port and the encryption are information to be obtained from the mailbox you are using. For example, Gmail's SMTP server is smtp.gmail.com. Please note that your mailbox may require security settings to be changed. Please find out how the SMTP server in your mailbox works. The login and password correspond to the username you use to connect to your mailbox.

Next, you need to move on to setting up contacts. To do this, simply add the email address of the contact(s) who should receive an email. 

Finally, in the send options, you can select to send an email when a user is created in the hub or when a user is accepted (i.e., when they open the door).

You can also send emails to yourself via the automation options, which will be sent when the automation is enabled or when it is stopped.
