My screen goes back to a default brightness

Modified on Fri, 16 Oct at 10:32 AM

The display or monitor may return to its default brightness (usually set to 84/100) when switching devices connected to video connectors, rebooting, or after sleeping.

To prevent this phenomenon, two solutions are possible:

The first is to go to "Color Settings" -> "Picture Mode" and select "Standard".

The second is to go to "Picture Quality Settings" -> "Dynamic Luminous Control " and set the option to "OFF".

This will disable the automatic brightness adjustment of your screen.

Please note that depending on your model, the menus may vary. These menus can only be accessed via the physical "Menu" button, which is usually located below the screen
