EZStation: Unable to add a Cloud device (Uniview)
On EZStation, when adding a cloud device, the software may show an offline status (offline or operation failure). In this case, two problems can be at the origin of this disconnection.
- Update Issue
The main source of this issue is a missing update. In this case, we recommend that you start an update check from one of the recorder's interfaces and perform the update if necessary.
- Time Synchronization Problem
There may be a synchronization problem between the computer's time and the recorder's time that is preventing the connection.
In this case, we recommend that you disable SMTP synchronization and synchronize the time with the computer.
